Refund and Returns Policy

At SCENTAL, each candle is carefully handcrafted and inspected before it is shipped. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a limited return policy to ensure product integrity and fairness to all customers.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our support email with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
• Photos of the packaging

After verification, we will offer either a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability.


Returns

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened candles.

Returns may only be considered if:
• The product is unused
• The product is in its original packaging
• The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

All return requests are subject to approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be possible.


Natural Variations

Since SCENTAL candles are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, or fragrance intensity may occur. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
